Henry Richard (Hank) Reust Arbre
Born in Huntington, Mr. Reust entered the U.S. Army Air Corp from this city at age 22, serving during World War II, primarily with the 99th Troop Carrier Squadron. After the war he entered the Army National Guard, was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant and, during the 1960s, was the second commander of Huntington's National Guard unit, retiring at the rank of Captain.Parents :
For his active duty service he was awarded the American Theater Ribbon, the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.
