The towns of Bethlehem and Rochester were both incorporated into the neighboring town of Navarre. Now there is a Bethlehem Township. Jacob's descendants pronounce their family name similar to the German pronunciation (Royst). One family story is that when Christian Reust immigrated from Steffisburg, Switzerland in 1833, he listed a relative in Ohio on his documentation. Could Jacob have been that relative?Genitori :
As of July, 2003, Dennis Reust's data base named "Reust Indiana" contains the family of one John Reust (1849-1892) and his wife (Anna or Annie) and their children who were buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Huntington, IN.
